- I felt like crap. Tired and just blah. No energy.
- I looked like crap. Bags under my eyes more defined. Weight gained.
- Pictures from November looked so incredibly different. I had a glow about me.
- My skin was so much better when I was running on a regular basis. It was brighter. Less blemish.
We went running this week and considering our slacker ways for December, I'd say we did pretty well on our 2 mile run. Will be going running again tomorrow. Our goal now is to beat our first 5K time by at least a couple minutes. We have our eye on the Phoenix Zoo Walk (run) in the Wild in February. So here's to taking control of my own health/fitness and kicking ass and taking names!!
