After Day 5's most depressing topic, Day 6 is 30 interesting facts about myself. Geez. I have been thinking about this since I decided to do the challenge. I got nothing. But Imma try anyway. These may not be interesting to you, but I'm just throwing shit out there.
01: First thing I thought of was my high school choir traveled to NYC my senior year to be in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. That's right, I was in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade with about 600 other high school choirs from across the country.
02: I got married on Winter Solstice 2002. We married at midnight. I was 22.
03: I actually turned 22 on 02/22/2002.
04: I love the Beatles. Like really love them. If I was alive in the 60's, I would have been one of those screaming girls.
05: I wrote a paper in college analyzing Tori Amos' discography. I actually turned it in. I can't remember my grade though.
06: I can't watch scary movies. I have nightmares for months.
07: I ran a 5k. Now I don't run at all. hmph
08: I've been to Hawaii.
09: I get along with my mother-in-law really well.
10: I hate seafood. It makes me gag.
11: I have a love/hate relationship with Jack Daniels.
12: I'm extremely stubborn.
13: I have a reputation for saying what others think.
14: I hate slides.
15: I got suspended a lot my freshman year in high school.
16: I love Ray Lamontagne. I love him so much, I'd give anything to see him live in concert.
17: I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama.
18: I used to spend hours in the Birmingham Museum of Art and the downtown branch of the Birmingham Public Library.
19: I have orgasms in my sleep.
20: I love to dance.
21: I care far too much how other's feel.
22: I'm claustrophobic.
23: I'm terrified of elevators. I try to avoid them and if I have to get on one, I'm quietly having a panic attack.
24: I'm also terrified of scorpions. Which sucks, cause we have them all the time in my house. Which is probably why I am so terrified.
25: Compliments make me uncomfortable.
26: I'm one of 5 kids in my family. I'm directly in the middle of my siblings.
27: I'm an attention whore. (probably because of number 26)
28: I didn't have my first kiss until after I graduated high school.
29: I'm hopelessly romantic.
30: I never finish anything. Except for this.
