Who is Wonderboy?

The conversation I had with Lil Man, age 3, last night solidifies my opinion that I have the cutest little boy in the universe.

As we're eating dinner last night, Lil Man is turned in his chair and talking a lot.

So I asked him: "Who are you talking to?"

He says: "Wonderboy."

Husband and I exchange a glance and a smile.

I say: "Who is Wonderboy?"

Lil Man says: "My friend."

Husband and I laugh and there's some guesses that Lil Man may just have an imaginary friend. An imaginary, super hero friend. Because that is totally awesome.

We continue the subject with other questions and then I ask: "Where is Wonderboy?"

Lil Man says "RIGHT HERE!" and points to himself.

We cracked up. I have to admit, I'm a little disappointed it isn't an imaginary friend. I was really curious about the kind of adventures they would go on together. But I'm glad Lil Man is friends with himself.
